About me

Zachary Krakov is a technologist and engineer who started his career working at "The Fruit Company" as a Systems Test Engineer focusing on pro-audio and pro-video software applications in Cupertino in the early 2000's. Zak is a bay area native and has lived all over the silicon valley in various capacities and currently lives in Pacifica, CA. His experience working for some of the major companies in the technology industry (Apple, Microsoft, Google), and more recently leading several start-ups in the San Francisco Bay Area keeps him engaged in technology mentoring and developing state of the art products, services, and engineering teams.

When Zak isn't solving the more interesting challenges in the DevOps discipline, you can find him playing drums for several music projects. When he's not behind the drum kit, you'll either find him building big art for several large art projects in and around the Bay Area; running, cycling, or swimming trying to improve his triathlon time; and in the winter months, you'll find him “working on his fakie” on a snowboard somewhere in beautiful Lake Tahoe.
